If you wish to return an item you must first notify us by email at email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your order, print and complete the return goods form. The Good Part: We want you to be happy with your purchases and know that occassionally you may need to return or exchange something be it a pair of Bettie Paige sexy shoes or black Pleaser thigh high boots. If this happens please just follow the procedure below to make it an easy experience. Please note that items must be returned in new, unused, unworn condition with non-damaged original packaging.
If you need to return an item you have 30 days to get it back to us from the time you receive it. Unfortunately manufacturers charge us restocking and damaged box fees so we must pass those on but will work with your in any way we can. The not so good part: All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. Damaged packaging (original manufactures box) will result in a $5.00 box fee. We cannot accept returned items with obvious signs of use or wear. Failure to notify us of a return withing 14 days of receiving your order may result in the refusal of your return and we must receive your return items no later than 30 calendar days from your invoice date. We will not refund the cost of shipping or handling unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect, or error on our part. If you return damaged or used items you will be billed for the cost to ship the items back to you.
How to ship items back: Print, complete and mail the Return Merchandise Form (RMA) below with your shipment. Place the shoes in their original manufacturers shoe box and place that box in another shipping box for protection. Enclose the completed RMA Form and make sure to reference your original order number. We strongly recommend shipping items back to us by a carrier that provides a tracking number and insure it with them for the price of the original order. We will not be responsible for lost or damaged return items.

Exclusions to return policy
All custom jewelry, special orders and clearance item sales are final. Earrings cannot be returned if their protective shield has been removed and all items are subject to final inspection upon arrival.
All refused shipments will result in 20% restocking fee plus all shipping costs incurred including any customs fees, taxes or duties that may apply to international orders.
